With a reputation for world-class speakers and forward-thinking sessions, GLC Europe wanted a trusted media partner capable of capturing the energy, professionalism, and thought leadership of the event.
The Challenge – Delivering Real-Time, High-Impact Coverage
GLC Europe approached us to provide comprehensive media coverage of their flagship Berlin conference. Their goal was clear: to create high-quality video and photography assets that could be used immediately during the event to drive engagement on social media, while also building a long-term archive of professional content for future marketing and sponsorship campaigns.

We travelled to Berlin as a four-person production team, comprising a self-shooting videographer, on-camera presenter, professional photographer, and social media producer. Over two packed days, we filmed and edited:

· Session coverage and highlight reels summarising each day’s discussions
· Over 100 professional-grade photographs capturing the event atmosphere, speakers, and networking moments
Our agile workflow meant footage and stills were edited and delivered throughout the event, allowing the marketing and event teams to post fresh, engaging content to social media in real time.
