The Joseph Gallagher Group is a leading UK-based tunnelling and civil engineering specialist with projects across the UK and internationally. With a long-standing commitment to safety and workforce welfare, they approached Antiro Media to create a suite of professional Tool Box Talks, to be used for both site inductions and ongoing training.
The Challenge – Making Safety Content That Sticks
Our brief was to deliver a series of engaging, compliant Tool Box Talks, covering critical topics such as Working at Height, COSHH, PPI, and Mental Health. The content had to be clear, accurate, and impactful - designed for real-world teams on busy sites. Most importantly, the production had to comply with strict safety protocols and align with industry best practice.
Our Solution – Safety Meets Creativity
Antiro Media brought together a specialist crew with full CSCS certification - allowing us to film on active construction sites, both safely and efficiently. Our secret weapon? An in-house IOSH Fellow and safety consultant who oversaw every script, ensuring compliance from storyboard to sign-off.
The production included, on-site filming, cinematic drone footage (to add visual context), motion graphics and titles (for clarity and branding). We also produced photographic stills, for use in the company’s wider safety communications. Filming, editing, and final delivery took just six weeks - with minimal disruption to site activity.
The Result – Clearer, Safer, Smarter Communication
The end result was a polished, practical suite of videos that are now part of The Joseph Gallagher Group’s core training and induction toolkit. The company now have a suite of content, that doesn’t just tick the compliance box, but helps to reinforce a culture of safety and care.
