The Client – Joseph Gallagher Group
The Joseph Gallagher Group is a leading UK-based tunnelling and civil engineering specialist with projects across the UK and internationally. With a long-standing commitment to safety and workforce welfare, they approached us to create a suite of professional Tool Box Talks to be used for both site inductions and ongoing training.
The Challenge – Making Safety Content That Sticks
The brief was to deliver a series of engaging, compliant Tool Box Talks covering critical topics such as Working at Height, COSHH, PPI, and Mental Health. The content had to be clear, accurate, and impactful — designed for real-world teams on busy sites. Above all, the production had to comply with strict safety protocols and align with industry best practice.
Our Solution – Safety Meets Creativity
We brought together a specialist crew with full CSCS certification, allowing us to film on active construction sites safely and efficiently. Our secret weapon? An in-house IOSH Fellow and safety consultant who oversaw every script, ensuring compliance from storyboard to sign-off. The production included, On-site filming with professional presenters, Cinematic drone footage to add visual context, Motion graphics and titles for clarity and branding, Stills photography for use in wider safety communications. Filming, editing, and final delivery took just six weeks — with minimal disruption to site activity
Results & Outcomes – Clearer, Safer, Smarter
The result was a polished, practical suite of videos that are now part of The Joseph Gallagher Group’s core training and induction toolkit. The content doesn’t just tick the compliance box — it helps reinforce a culture of safety and care.

The Client – The Healthy Work Company
The Healthy Work Company is a UK-based organisation delivering workplace wellbeing training and consultancy to leading businesses. Their mission is to help companies support employee wellbeing through insightful, practical learning resources. They approached us to produce a series of scripted training videos, using professional actors to bring to life common scenarios between managers and employees.
The Challenge – Creating Professional, Engaging and Insightful Training Content
The brief was to film 10 short training videos, each around 2 minutes long, that clearly demonstrated best practice in management interviews with employees. The client needed each video to feel realistic, warm, and instructive — suitable for integration into their broader training services and online courses. The videos had to be professional but also relatable and human, encouraging positive dialogue around mental health and employee support.
